About Us

Tara Drongesen is the owner and operator of Willamette Valley Rentals, LLC. She has worked as a licensed property manager for more than 15 years, but it’s an industry she has been familiar with throughout her entire lifetime. Her own parents operated a construction company, giving her an appreciation for local businesses and their impact on the economy. In addition, they managed several rental properties in order to generate additional income for the family. She understands first-hand the importance of helping property owners earn an income from their investments, which is why she created her unique and personalized approach to property management.
